First Service on the 197

Hi Guys

Just about to get my 197 serviced for the first time since I've owned it.

Im looking at using bits from Opie Oils

Shell Helix Ultra 5w/40
Bosch Filter
NGK PFR7-TG Plus

There are so many choices oil wise, is this as good as any?
