And ive got a very raspy tinny sort of noise between about 2.5k and 4k, is this because of the de-cat or is something wrong ?

Sounds ace above 4k though and it certainly seems to go better too

doesnt seem like its blowing at all as ive had it blow from there before and it was big time down on power

Probably cos you got rid of the cat, so its more of a raw noise, the cat takes in alot of the noise and power
