Fitted a Pioneer headunit with Connects2 steering wheel controller.
Plugged it all in and the ESP off message came up on the dash and the ABS light came on.
Didn’t go near the switch to the right of the cruise button.
Took off battery negative and left it for a while, but when reconnected and with the Pioneer headunit removed completely the ESP message and ABS light still came up.
Any ideas or just coincidence?
Am finding the central dash clock display to stop coming on regularly (a battery negative disconnect brings it back) and the clock itself is losing time.
This is what prompted me to fit the Pioneer!
It’s a 2008 Clio 3 dCi.
