Fitting a phenolic spacer

But I'm guessing that given it will push the inlet 5mm away from the block, the side bolt (which I haven't been able to work how to get off) won't line up when fitted...or am I missing something?

Surely if the lower inlet is spaced 5mm further out then the bolt holes at the rear of the upper inlet and the breather on top of the rocker cover won't line up?
