fitting Bimarco

Looked at fitting my seats tonnight:approve:

Got all the side mounts and everything bolted on and ready to go.

Got the old seats out and was planning on bolting the seat straight to the subframe
but when placing the seat on the subframe the seat was sat so close to the steering wheel i was squashed :dapprove:

the thing i want to no is how others get theirs bolted to the floor with out buying runners ?

Things never go to plan do they

Any help would be briliant thanks

Mine are fitted to two strips of steel, directly to the floor itself.

The seats can't move, but I'm the only person driving it!

cant you fit them to the standard clio subframes of original seats so they can move like normal , i have a set coming and am wanting to do this also , where did you get the subframes from !!

i already had cobra subfames in there but they dont work the way i want the to, they make the bimarco sit to close to the steering wheel.am hoping to do what Shadowness has done hoping he will post some pics soon have u got runners or are u gonna bolt them straight down ?

i was reading on here a while ago that you could bolt them somehow to the original seat frames , not sure how though , been a long time since i been on here , may just have to get some subframes made up for them

I always wondered why more didn't just stick them on metal strips that are bolted to the floor.

You could just the same principle for the standard runners Nick, just a wide and long enough plate bolted to the runners and the sidemounts then bolted to the plate

Where abouts do you live mate? I can make you some adaptor plates if you want? Then you can use the original runners.... Pm me if you want.

It's alright Thanks jack gonna bolt them to the box section got the steel and everything now. Was just woundering wot people done about making them level or how they went about bolting to the box section ?
