Fitting Cobra Misano seats..

Has anyone else fitted these seats in there 172/182? Just wondering about the air bags etc when the original seats are removed? Is it easy to remove them yourself? Liking these..

Easy to remove the seats for sure mate, you'd need the Clio subframes for the seats from Cobra which are about £40 each though. Just disconnect the wiring, and remove the seats all in one go, then refit the Misano.

Job done. However you will get the SERV & Airbag light come on which can be solved by a little resistor.

Cheers mate, the reason I ask was cos someone told me once the air bags can go off if they are disconnected wrongly? But sounds very easy...cheers.

Wow, now they are nice seats! You wouldnt have any pics of them fitted to your v6 would you? They look even better than the Trophy seats that I was looking into for a mate... and love the carbon on these Misanos!
