Fitting Cruise Control Buttons on Steering Wheel

I have a 172 cup steering wheel that i am looking to get retrimmed and fitted to my 182 cup. Problem is, the 172 cup wheel doesnt have the cruise control buttons. How easy is it to fit the buttons onto the steering wheel?

Any guides or photos? I did a search but could not see anything.

screw for each button i think , and front section just swaps , there is a guide to add cruise control to a car
