fitting decat over weekend any help

hi people iv managed to get a decat and over the weekend im going to be fitting it i know its only 2 bolts but so was the inner arbs and they took hours to do so is there any little tricks people do to make it esyer or quicker or just a trick to make it fall out ???? any thing wuould be good thanks

You will need someone to help you with it for a start.

It's one of the biggest PITA jobs on a 172.

Ive always got a garage to do it as its a nightmare without ramps.

Make sure the cars COLD! get a mate to hold the bolts from the engine side, as you get under a little squirt of wd40/plusgass on bolts, use a 3/8 6" extension and a 10mm hex socket, youl be fine id say 1 hour start to finish. may be a little longer if its your first time, REPLACE ALL gaskets
