FITTING NEW CAT

My car has a miltek decat at the moment but its nearly mot time so will be putting a new cat on.

The only problem is how to fit the new cat, it has a flange at the manifold end which is fine but at the other side there is nothing, does it just fit in or am i missing something??

Chop off time or get a flange added on. Some insert into each other, some use a C-clamp and the rest use flanges

THE CAR HAS A FULL MILTEK AND THE CAT IS BRAND NEW SO SURLEY I WOULDNT NEED TO CHOP IT, CAN ANY1 CONFIM THIS?

Im telling you that some full systems come with specific fittings i.e just a sleeve. The OE cats have flanges on both sides, others need a flange welded on. Does your centre section have a flange or a sleeve?

the miltek centre section is just a sleeve that fits into the decat, the does not have a flange at that end
