Fitting omp trecento to ph1, horn issue!

Just received my omp wheel. Waiting for boss to turn up then I will be fitting. What I want to know is can I just leave the horn connector tucked inside the boss and just use the horn button on indicator stalk.

Reason being I don't want to bodge the connector on to omp horn push.
And I'm guessing the horn wire block doesn't connect straight on to the omp push!

Any advice please?

If you have a horn on the stalk, that will be fine.

mine is like that just cable tie it clear, I have a phase 1 horn stalk on a phase 2, works a treat

without meaning to hijack here, but ive just fitted the same wheel to my ph2, but dont want to change the stalk. omp horn button has 2 spade connectors, when i connect them up +ve with +ve and -ve with -ve the horn is on constantly without pressing anything. any ideas?
