Fitting recaro trendlines from megane to clio

So I've purchased some recaro trendlines and they've came with megane frames, is it possible to take the megane runner off and bolt Clio runner to subframe?

Think you need to buy some recaro subframes which are for the clio, have a search mate, plenty of people have them
