Fitting speaker advice

Does anyone know the best practice for fitting 6*9s to the parcle shelf? I know it has been said avoid 6*9s but got some for free. Any good web sites on fitting speakers?

I was wondering this too. Do you just cut the original holes in the parcel shelf to the required size?

Are the templates what you get with new speakers to size the holes?

Normally theyre sized to the hole you need to cut and will also have where youll need to drill for the screws too. If youre putting the speakers in the original parcel shelf then Id suggest backing it with so mdf for extra support!

Is there anywhere I can get the template for an R-reg, 1999 Clio Biarritz parcel shelf?

If I cant have a good car, at least I can get some beats.....
