Fitting The Magnex System Properly

I have been PMd for pics, here they are :

The original Renault metal mount rebuilt using a Ford fitment rubber mount from Halfords (£2-£3), makes the exhaust very stable and carries the weight 10x better than the Renault setup :

also remember if its a mk2 clio with this zorst u need to cut the small sleeve down about 5cm off mine or else the system will catch on the heat sheilds.

Do you have any pics of the halfords rubber an how the exhaust hangs below the car with the nuw rubbers

Yesterday i bought myself a magnex oval for my 172 mk2

well yer old zorst might need cutting to get out cos its bent around a bar ,



the small sleave about 20cm long the bit that goes onto the back of the cat, cut that down some sday 10mm i got powerflow to do mine they took about 5cm off it, then welded it instead of the clamp

Here in the Netherlands there are not a lot people who drive with a magnex exhaust on there 172
