Fixing laquer runs

Got a few sags and runs on my wheel whats the best way to go about sorting it ei what grade wet and dry? I was thinking start with 800-1000 then work my way to 1500 then polish i dunno though

Hmm okay thanks there is one inparticular that is gunna be fun. Its really awkward doing wheels without a few sags because of the dodgy angles etc...

yep, you want to remove the runs and as little of the surrounding laquer as possible, block will take the 'peaks' off. loads of water and keep moving the paper. be gentle, as if you were making love to a 14 year old.
