Hi, looking at getting a set of better shocks for my MK3, settled on a set of springs but now looking at shocks, how can these FK Automotive shocks be so cheap?! are they really that bad? I was under the impression that FK were a middle-of-the-road brand but if this is just a huge sale on I'm gonna bite their hand off .
The Koni's seem to be the next cheapest "ok" brand shocks I can find, these have very good reviews, but they're 5 times the price.
I'm definitely not looking at coilovers, the price is just too high plus I have no clue about adjusting and setting up so I just want something that gets sorted once and for all for street use.
FK's spotted here for just over £14 each: http://www.carparts-tuning.co.uk/en...igh-Tec-fit-for-Renault-Clio-C-R-Yr-2005.html
Koni's spotted here for just under £70 each: http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/cheap/529779/renault/koni-str*t-front-dampers/8750-1091.html
I have a non sport model, just looking for the general opinion of each.
Cheers
