Flamer kit on R5 GTT??

I was parking up in the Xscape carpark in Castleford and a gold R5GTT parked infront of me hit his flamer button. Ive never seen one in real life and it scared the hell out of me. I wouldn't fit one but does anyone else have one fitted on here and how do they work??
