Flash 8 / Action scripters

howdie.

im making a little banner for a website i maintain.

Im not that good at actionscript or anythign in depth on flash.

what i want is the following:

1. The animation will have some text saying 'click here to start' i want this txt to start playing the full timeline when clicked. What script do i need to be using? The Flash help is a bit poor.
2. At the end of the movie there will be some text saying ' call now for a quotation or click here for more information'. When this text is clicked i'd like it to load a page in the same browser window as the flash movie is embeded in.

Any help would be appreciated!
