It's more a logo, just if you roll over the letters I want them to bubble around

I would follow Revel's advice.

Used to program/design in Flash many years ago, I totally gave it up.

Specially for a logo.

Again, don't do it.

You could probably get a similar effect with CSS3 transforms: http://24ways.org/2010/intro-to-css-3d-transforms

This would be accessible, standards based and wouldn't need any plug-ins.
