Ebay a good place to pick them up cheap?

I'm going back to the wonderful world of desktop pc'ing :/ & need a monitor, looking for 17inch or maybe a bit smaller coz my desk is tiny

I need to try the 17' one on the other desktop on the desk & see how it looks before I tie myself o a size... bigger isnt always better
