flickering HID sometimes doesnt come on

ive had some hid's in now for about a year. ive never had any probs with the drivers side its been the passenger side. when the cars not running the light comes on then starts flickering like a strobe light. when the car is running it will come on then just go off and then when i try and turn it on again it flashes a few times then goes off. also when its being funny the main beams icon goes on and off. once it has warmed up it is ok then. sometimes they are ok with no probs.

has anybody any ideas, ive tried the connections and they seem fine.

when i fitted some to a mates leon, the connections were a little damp and it was the same issues as you're describing

My old ones did this, I just assumed it was cos they were old and had them replaced :/

ive just pulled the connectors apart and seem ok, im going to look proper in daylight though

sounds like my option, been looking on hids4u.co.uk, are they better than the £35 ebay chinese ones?
