floor

was thinkign of putting down that chequerplate floor down in my footwell. rather than paying 50 quid for it from demontweeks i was just goin 2 buy it from bandq and cut it to size. does any1 know how much of it i will need 2 cover the 2 footwells and possibly the footwells for the backseats as well. any help would be much appreciated.

lol. cant be bothered having 2 do anything on a sunday. lol. but suppose a'l have 2 go out n do it. lol. also does any1 know how i will be able to mark it out for cutting as its got the fpoot rest next to the clutch pedel n that what would be the easiest way to mark it out for cutting the floor?

use your existing carpets, i did this for the boot and the fit was spot on. Or get a bit af spare carpet and cut it to shape in the foot well and use as template.

good thinking mate. did u lift ur carpet or just place the chequerplate on top of ur carpet? another thing is how did u attatch it to the floor?

not used the chequer plate, might do though. I was cutting some MDF for the boot floor, got a really tight fit.
