FLV video converter

Can anyone recommend a good (free!) program that can convert .FLV files (i.e. youtube vids) to .3gp/avi/mpeg etc?

So i can play them on my phone

Best program, then i use ImToo Mpeg Encoder to put into Nokia format for the phone.
