Fly-by-wire on all cups?

As title says, are the fly-by-wire mechs fitted to all 172 cups? As I've heard that all models from 2003 onwards have them installed? Does that mean the 2002 cups are still cable?

Nope all 172 and 182 Cups are fly by wie.

Cable throttle body finished with the phase 1 all phase 2 Clios have electric throttles.

& the conversion isn't cheap or you need an aftermarket ecu, again not cheap!
