FML Bloody Annoying Fuel Injector

spent all morning fit my sport bodykit to my 1.2 clio. Was tightening the induction kit under the bonnet when my spanner slipped and tw*ted the fuel injector! Fuel leaking out a little. Cleaned it up and went to start the engine with fuel spilling out flying feet into the air like a fountain. Sh*t. Does anyone know how much something like this will cost to fix? It a 1.2 8v engine.

If you fix it yourself, which is easy then just the cost of an injector. I don't know the cost of Reno ones, guessing £25-£50.
