Fog light ducting

Hi guys new member looking for info does any one have a list of parts i will need to have ducting where the fog lights where for cooling. Is there ducting that fits straight into the existing holes or do i need some kind of adaptor cheers

Alternatively for a cheaper option...

100mm bass ports x2 = £3 delivered
102mm ducting x500mm x2 = £18 delivered

Pretty good fit in the fog light holes with minimal trimming.

Mine are f**king massive and never had brake fade

That is a good plan too ive blown about ten grand on it ouch tough i measure the fog lamp hole and it read 110 mm ?
