Fog light replacement

need to replace one of the fog lights and went to renault and surprise:
they only sell them in pairs!!! couldn't believe this s*** and wondered if the std clio items are identical to the 1*2 range (phase2). I've seen a used campus and just wondered if ..

im pritty sure they are different as they take a diffrent bulb compaired to the rest of the non sport range, i recently got new bulbs for my fogs, and they turned out to be for the non sport models which didnt fit, so had to buy another set making sure they included the correct holder etc, i got H1 instead of H11
someone please comfirm, pritty sure they are different
