fog lights not working, MOT failure?

Howdy peeps,

My little PH1 currently has fog lights fitted in the bumper but there is no loom attached to them so obviously they dont work!

Is this an MOT failure?

Am i better just taking the fogs out for the MOT and taking it down with them not in at all, would this pass?

I'm pritty sure your front dogs Dont have to work. But your rears do,

Not all cars have fronts fitted so am sure by law they don't have to work

Only a legal requirement to have a working rear fog light.

My old inferno only had 1 front fog that worked and passed mot's fine. Was to lazy to change the bulb plus i never used them anyway
