to yesterdays topic about power loss, an exact desciption is when I put my foot down, the engine becomes harsh as if it is really trying, but theres is nothing there as if the clutch is half depressed!! I am off to kwit fit this morning.. any suggestions before then appreciated... if a car is missing a cylinder firing, what are the symptons of that???

It would be REALLY rough all the time and idle VERY badly - not just when you put your foot down. Sounds like its something else....
