Fookin ebay!! Grrrr!!!!

eBay is REALLY starting to pee me off now!!
I bought an item from a company called GBKperformance on the 25th of May this year. I paid straight away via PayPal and all was good.
I waited for the goods to arrive and nothing appeared so I emailled them. They said it had been sent but would issue a second item as replacement. Fair enough I thought.

Anyway 2 weeks later and still nothing so I opened a dispute with PayPal which, on the 22nd of June was awarded in my favour. Refund was issued and case subsequently closed.

Today I find the GBKperformance have opened an unpaid item dispute with ebay!! I mean what the hell! How can they do this when I did pay like 6 weeks ago!??

Thats just typical !! sounds like they are just trying to get some money back lol. I wouldnt worry about it cos you can prove that you have paid!!

Yeah it just takes the p1ss! I now have to go through another dispute just to prove that I did actually pay!
Surely eBay's system should have flagged up that this transaction had already been resolved!?

i wouldnt get your hopes up though, they seem to make up the rules as they go...

Daz - I had a lot of trouble with GBKperformance

I bought a set of new smoked side repeaters from them. When I got them in a sealed/undamaged box they were scratched and rusty!!!!

When I spoke to them they said you won't see the rusty clips from the outside and it will get scratched with time anyway!!

Reported them to ebay and sent the items back and got a refund after I reminded them everyday for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!

I've bought something off gbkperformance, it was silvatec bulbs, had no problems with them, even got a discount.

Joe - yeah that sound on a par with the level of service I have received!
One thing for sure I will never use GBKperformance for anything ever again after this farce!

All I want now is the case to go away and to avoid the risk of neg feedback! Surely seen as I reported the goods not received they should lose the right to leave me feedback!? :S

Had similar problems with these tossers and had to open a dispute with them to get my money back, When I left negative feedback, received negative feedback that I was not to be trusted. Complained to Ebay who advised that I withdraw my feedback with mutual consent. Why should I? so left comment after negative feedback. Why are they still trading what happened to the three strikes and you're banned rule.

Thats the thing that pisses me off with paypal/ebay but I think you have to look on the positive side and think that if you paid via cheque etc, you wpuld hav ekissed it goodbye.
