Football Manager 2007 for the 360 ?!

Hard as f**k ? or just me ?

ive tried tons of different formations/styles/tactics and cant seem to get anywhere. tried with different teams too.
ive always been good at all the games in the series but just cant get my head round this one for some reason.

Dont have 360 version yet, still struggling with P.C version. Even that is rock, dont seem to win any games, even with several tatics, tips, training setups etc... downloaded from SIgames forums.

I love my 360, but i think manager sims should stick to PC.

whats the interface like on it?

ive started a game on the 360 with man utd
sold Ferdinand to Chelsea for 32m and brought Klose and Samuel for a total of 48m

won the league and champions league in my 1st season, i just kept swapping the team every 7 games or so
