There are paintjobs and mods just no tuning options from what I've read so you can upgrade suspension etc but you won't then be able to tweak spring rates, gear ratios etc.

depending on how multiplayer free roam works it could prove a laugh. I never understood why forza didn't have a trackday option. Open pitlane where you could adjust settings etc and then just feed on and off the track as you liked.

I always thought that tbh Si...Just to be able to jump on to a already running track with a few people and join in...then be able to pit and choose a different car...I'm guessing hardware limitations so fingers crossed for next gen

Switch tyres, parts or even a car. I guess like you say probably hardware related. Would be nice to see it as the consoles and Internet speeds improve hopefully someone will implement it.

+1 lol stopping at red lights and trying to stick to sensible speeds, doesn't usually last long before all that goes out the window though.

Looking forward to seeing how multiplayer works on this too as it looks like it could be pretty good.

He'd drive to a bank robbery obeying traffic laws, then massacre everyone before doing the bare minimum wrong to lose the police before resuming normal driving.

Watching him play it was a RIOT.

So that's about £80-£100 spent before I even play the game.

No chance in me buying all the extra tat, poverty spec version for me, no DLC, no season pass etc. I got burned by Forza 4 (about £100 spent, but I think I actually played it less than Race Pro, all in, and that only cost me £8).

TBH I've so much left to play and not a lot of spare time these days so I'm half tempted to wait until there an ultimate edition with all the DLC thrown in and save myself the cash. I'm not worried about having games day one these days.

Got to say I bought the forza 4 LCE and season pass, and I've ordered the forza horizon LCE but not sure on the 4000pts for a season pass this time was shite last time, take it they are not unlocking cars in horizon if you have certain cars in your forza 4 garage

It also includes the expansion pack that will be out for the game a couple months later so should be more for your money than the season pass on FM4 although the car packs will only include 6 new cars each month.

I hate the DLC culture of games nowadays. Really f**king despise it. It's a joke. Especially with forza, announcing DLC before it's even released?! f**k off.

Right. It'll be already developed and could have been included on release. But no, it'll be available on XBL to download for half the games value, as will the Porsche pack.

I also hate the fact that no matter how much I rant about it, I'll still buy everything.

I can't think of anything else that has the potential to be as costly as the Forza franchise games do?

I agree to a point but If they released FM4 with all the dlc already in I might not have played it as much. Whenever a car pack came out the lobby would typically have more people in for a few nights while we pissed about with the new cars
