Found springs, will they fit mk2 ph1?

  S13
After reading a bit on here I've decided to go for Apex springs on their own as I can't really afford the whole kit.

I've (rather Mitch did on another post :D ) found this site: http://www.venommotorsport.com/shop/Suspension/LoweringSprings/Apex/index.html

Which seems fairly cheap, 80 odd quid all in for:

Part ID: 150-4050
Apex 40mm drop spring kit.
For the new model with coil springs fitted all round. SP kit and shocks will not fit 1.2 models.
Renault Clio Not 2.0 Sport/V6
Year: 1998 onwards.

Can someone please confirm that these are the springs I need for my 1.2 8v mk2 ph1. If not, help!

Also, if I went to a garage and asked for these to be fitted, how much does anyone think they'd charge me? Not sure the father is up to the job on this one, I'm definitely not..

Cheers,

Rob.

Cheers for the reply.

I've really not got a great deal of technical experience, is it simply a case of unbolting the shocks and swapping them over? It's the bolts that come through in the engine bay and the boot right?

  Lots of Alfas
I have those springs on mine, its fairly straight forward to do, you need some special tools (swan neck spanner for top struts and some spring clamps). There is a guide in the articles section but you need to become a member, it also tells you how to replace springs in the Haynes manual.
