Free 5w5 bulbs from powerbulbs

Hey, i was just about to buy some new bulbs as 1 of my dipped beams has blown, was going to buy phillips x-treme power. then i noticed you get a free set of phillips 5w5 bulbs, do they fit on a 2003 clio, and where? also do members get a discount, if so, how? cheers

their better than standard, not as good as the likes of piaa tho IMO
