Hi Dave, they dont seem too intrusive, obviously they need an address and a contact number (I gave my mobile). But other than that it seems like a straightforward promo. The disc is a 30 day trial of a product I would like to have but cant justify spending over £1000 a year on. I suspect I will get a few follow up sales calls but thats OK, I can put up with that while I download as much info as I can on the family cars.

I have access to autodata through my mates garage, i also have the renault wiring diagrams cd the two dont match at all

Is it the way they are laid out that makes them difficult to follow, or obvious descrepancies in the accuracy ?

colours are differnet and there are so many variations even the clio has 8 different looms and many combinations that come off that loom. the basic principles are there ie YELLOW voltage after ignitions and RED live blah blah, but the diagrams in autodata are shocking with regards to quality they look like they were hand drawn. ill post an example tomorrow
