.....brick......that im gonna throw into the customer services managers face......I know everybody knows this...BUT THEY ARE SHITE!!!, just tried to take my car in to get the alarm checked and refused to take it in becuase it was fitted at another renault garage, its a frinking renault alarm but according to them it can only be done by the garage who fitted it, but the other garage says it can be done by any renault dealer because it under warrenty with renault UK, so here i a stuck in the middle with a dodgy alarm.......god they are dumb!

ring renault customer services mate. I did once about a complaint and they got in touch with the dealer and sorted it out. Be prepared to take your car back 3 or 4 times for the useless feckers to fix it tho :-(

If your car is out of warrenty, I would take somewhere else TBH.
