Front and Rear Bumper Removal

So can anyone please explain on how to remove the front and rear bumper? I have not got a damm idea of how todo this and i am not paying renault £60 todo it for me off an then back on 60 notes again.
I need to take them to a body shop but cant leave the car with the place.
