Recently had my cup 172 MOT'd and the tester advised that the front arb bushes shoud be renewed

I was thinking of buying a set of proflex ones from K-tec but i'm sure i've read somewhere that they are tricky to fit (size not quite right?).
Has anybody fitted these? Should i just get some standard ones?
