Front Brake Balance

Under hard braking my 172 has started pulling to the left quite noticably which is quite disconcerting when scrubbing off speed.
When I had it MOT'd they did say the front brake balance was out slightly but it has got noticably worse since then.
What is it likely to be the cause?

Cheers,

Darren

If its pulling to the left, the problem is on the right.

It surely cant be brake fluid leaking on the pads or they would have picked that up on the MOT.

Bleeding the brakes is a good start, but I would pull the pads out and see if the piston is sticking in the housing or the swinging calliper is stiff on its mountings.

I assume you've checked tyre pressures ???
