Front bumper damage

Hi guys, new here as of yesterday! Bought my clio last night, and parked her at work today, some a-hole of a van driver has reversed into my front bumper and left me some deep scratches! Didn't stop, leave a note etc, but it looks like the kind of damage only a van with a t-bar can do

Any tips on smoothing the bumper over or anything? Or is a new black part of a 02 mk2 clio fairly easy to fit?

A van did exactly the same as me and zoomed off! I went to my insurance and he denied it obviously but eventually got a pay out from MIB
