Front bumper under-tray

Hi all. i just modded my headlamps to xenons... to do this i had the bumper off. I want to know something about the undertray as I failed to check before I removed the bumper. When the bumper is on again, does the undertray sit below the bumper or above it? As in, if I was to run my fingers behind the front air splitter, should I be able to feel the under-tray or should it be fastened above the bumper? I don't think it was supposed to be under the bumper's lower edge, but it is now... please help.

Should be above I believe. Mine certainly is.

It's only held on by 4 bolts. Take it off and refit it. Easy peasy.
