Front Comp Wiring - Mk1

do we have an answer yet whether their is a OE fit crossover anywhere on the wiring on Mk1 Clios

thing is i need to fit my comps into my valver, but i REALLY cant be arsed puttin new wire through the doors

if i use the original wiring will some kind of OE fit crossover bugger the sound up, or will i be ok

if the factory fit speakers are like the one on the mk 2 then the "x-over" is attached to the tweeter.

so as soon as you take out the tweet you take the "x-over"

cheers mate, can anyone confirm this is the case, i seem to remember a little white thing behind the dash speaker on mine.... so it sounds about right

well most caps are little black round things on the tweeter

this ia the only "x-over" it needs on the oem speakers

well ive had a look at one of the speakers i took out of my previous clio and that looks very similar to the pic, not identical but near enough

once you take that tweeter off is their then no crossover along any of the wiring ?
