front door speaker help...

hi, ive been looking to replace the standard 13cm speakers in the door as they crackle when i turn the volume relatively high, i know someone who has some 10cm sony xplode door speakers and would give them me on the cheap, would they fit? thanks

Even if you got some adaptors, why would you want to go smaller?! 13s are hardly expensive.

No, they will not. However I can recommend these: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/..._productId_773339_langId_-1_categoryId_265870 which I have in my car. Brilliant sound and quality, as well as being fairly cheap. Also FLI are the same company as VIBE.

get component speakers!

there is seperate holes for the tweeters so is no need to have coaxial speakers!

Hertz are top quality

Vibe are good and fairly cheap.
