Front left suspension making noise over bumps help !!!

My front left suspension makes a noise when i go over bumps and the steering feels dodgy like its pulling to one side any ideas what it could be as im totally confused and a bit wary to drive it

Broken spring perhaps? Knackered top mount?

Ive looked at the spring it looks alright

top mount / ball joint / track rod end? get under there and give it all a wiggle.
