Front seat installation

Fitting some new front seats in my mk2 clio at the weekend and just wondered if there was anything else i needed except the seats on the frames and runners and seat belts? I have all the right tools etc just parts that i dont want to be without when fitting them.
They are seats from the clio sport.

Think you have it covered.

Iirc its a 13mm deep socket you need.

And for the love of god use a trolley jack and not the one in the boot

Good luck with the airbag cabling. The clip is a pain in the arse to remove. If you've not currently got them, it's a half our job, in and out. Don't ajust your runners before you fit the seats though. They should hopefully be in the correct position before you fit them.

You can actually take the seats out from inside the car, but that's another story.

Keeps the runners etc in place too.

You wouldn't be able use the airbags in a non sport any way would you?

My non sport had airbags in the seats so I can't see why not.

I cut mine off as I have aftermarket seats but you could always do that and use choc blocks if they are a hassle

hopefully they'll be straight forward to just plug back in, then again its french.

another thing is that there all unplugged at the moment and theres no airbag light on?
