Front speakers for side dash for Willy

Morning

I need to get some descent speakers for the front of my williams.. i think these ones are gonna blow soon with my setup now. everything is running through the back amp/speakers at the moment.

What size are the standard williams indash speakers and what shall i get to change them with?

The Back speakers are running off a Sony Xplode 444W 2/3/4 amp. but its just running 2x200W Pioneer speakers. so they are fine for power. Will get another amp for the front speakers.

i think the front speakers are 13", rear sides are !0" and then you have tweeters in the front, I put 13" xplods in front and 10" xplods where the tweeters are! nice crisp sound, may help may not

just out of intrest how did u change the tweeters in the frount cuz theres 4 wires going to them in the OE setup?

The speakers in the dash on a Willy are 4" (10 cm) the same as the back. The problem is that most Willys dont come with speakers in the doors and it is difficult to get 4" speakers that can take big power without spending big money. I runnin top of the range Calibers and they seem to handle everything i throw at them. They are runnin of the same amp as my Infinity 6x9s and are taking the same power without any trouble. They cost me around £85 for the pair and are well worth it. Kicker and Infinity are also very good.
