Front speakers in a 172, anyone used coaxial?

Hi, all...

I've done a search but nothing quite answers my musing:

I'm going to replace the rear speakers with decent coaxial, and was thinking about the same for the front... I know the fronts are components, but I couldn't find any info on how easy it is (or not) to replace the front crossovers. Therefore, if I get some decent coaxials up front, would this be ok? Or does the original crossover take away ALL the treble from the front door speakers?

A wee bit of advice would be splendid, my learned friends!

replace the rear with the coaxial speakers but i would use components at the front they are quite easy to wire up but you will need to run wires through your doors
