Front Speakers

I have got some new front speakers to fit and im wondering how do i get the speakers covers off? Do I have to take off the whole door card?

I have a Clio 182

A quick help of what to do would be a huge help

you pop them off with 2p in the ridge.

With a 2p!!!! is it tha simple? DOes clip back on easily.

yep very easy!

just pull from the bottem and they will come off! clip back in no probs

When i replaced my front speakers with Infiniti Kappa 52.7i, i ended up removing the whole door panel both sides so i could locate the cross-over boxes securely with double sided velcro tape to the inside of the door, i did it this way so they would not rattle, be near the drain holes and would not be hit when lowering the window glass.

i put my crossovers under the dash! bit of a squeeze tho! i was told not to put them in the door coz it gets wet in there? have you had any probs?

No i have not had any problems at all.

Lots of people put their crossovers in the door - no probs as long as the window doesn't hit it
