The only thing that would pump more fuel would be an uprated fuel pump and beter injectors but unless your doing serious work to the engine like ITB or Turbo then theres no point going down that road, would be running too rich anyway

They are good if you have say direct port nitrous and need to adjust the fuel/nitrous mix, but then you do have jets for that too...so ideally no good to you.
