Fuel Filter MK2 PH2 1.2 16V

Hi i am servicing my girlfriends 51 1.2 16v dynamique.. and i have heard a rumour that the fuel filter is inside the tank?

if so what is it like to change, clearly tank would need emptying for starters any one got a guide?

some have them fitted in the fuel line under the car between the fuel tank and rear foot wells on the drivers side.

the filter in the tank is on the end of the pump unit that is removed from the top of the tank.
