Full beam bulb replacementi

Hi

recently bought some bulbs for full beam replacement. Had a fiddle this morning cant seem to get the old ones out?

anyone advise on this?

do you just pull them off or twist??

They twist but can sometimes get stuck

I actually had to take the headlight out the other day on my girlfriends Clio so I could get a proper grip on it!
